Angel Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter or margarine
2 c. biscuit mix
8 oz. (1 container) sour cream
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
Spray muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Melt butter.
Combine butter with biscuit mix and sour cream.
Pour batter into muffin pans.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
Immediately remove from pan.
Makes 12 muffins.
