Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. (about 12) white potatoes, peeled, cooked and mashed
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    When potatoes are mashed, add cream cheese in small pieces and butter. Beat until completely mixed in.
    Add sour cream, eggs, milk, onion, salt and pepper. Beat until fluffy.
    Pour mixture into greased 9-inch casserole (round) and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until lightly brown.
    Prepare a day ahead for best flavor.
    A great dish for company or a holiday dinner!
