Breakfast Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    English muffins
    8 eggs
    1/3 c. milk
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook 1 pound of hot sausage; drain.
    Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam; line pan with English muffins (halve muffins, then butter). Sprinkle sausage over muffins.
    Combine eggs and milk.
    Pour over muffins and sausage.
    Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese and Cheddar cheese.
    Cover with foil for overnight; refrigerate.
    Next morning, bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes, covered, then 10 minutes, uncovered.
