Lime Sherbet Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large box lime Jell-O plus 1 small box lime Jell-O
    4 to 5 c. boiling water
    5 c. sugar
    6 to 8 qt. ginger ale
    2 qt. pineapple juice
    4 to 5 qt. water
    1 to 2 qt. lime sherbet
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O with 4 to 5 cups boiling water.
    Add remaining ingredients, except ginger ale and sherbet, which will be added when ready to serve.
