Bruschetta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    sliced Italian bread
    olive oil
    fresh basil, finely chopped
    fresh cilantro, finely chopped
    tomatoes, chopped
    Parmesan cheese
    garlic, chopped
    capers
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Slice fresh Italian bread.
    Brush on olive oil and garlic. Toast lightly under broiler.
    Pull from oven.
    Sprinkle diced tomatoes, capers and fresh herbs on top of each piece of toasted bread.
    Grate fresh Parmesan cheese and place bread back under broiler until cheese melts.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
