Deluxe Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
grated rind of 1 lemon
1 egg yolk
1/2 c. soft butter
5 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
grated rind of 1 lemon
grated rind of 1/2 orange
5 eggs
2 egg yolks
1/4 c. heavy cream
whipped cream (for garnish)
strawberry or pineapple glaze (for garnish)
Preparation

In small bowl, mix flour and sugar.
Add rest of ingredients; mix well.
Chill.
Roll or pat dough onto bottom and sides of 9-inch springform pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
In a large bowl, beat cheese until soft.
Mix sugar, flour and salt; blend into cheese.
Add rinds.
Add eggs and yolks, one at a time, beating well after each.
Blend in cream.
Pour into prepared crust.
Bake at 475\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 225\u00b0; bake 1 hour longer or until toothpick comes out clean.
Turn oven off. Leave in oven about 15 minutes.
Remove to cake rack.
Cool away from drafts.
When cool, remove side of pan.
Place on serving plate.
Decorate with whipped cream or strawberry glaze or pineapple glaze.
