Ingredients

2 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
turmeric
mustard seed
sliced pepper rings
Preparation

Bring to boil the vinegar and sugar. Place salt, turmeric and mustard seed in a pint jar. Add sliced pepper rings. Pour vinegar mixture over pepper rings and seal jars. Turn upside down for 15 to 20 minutes.
