One Yolk Egg Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1 Tbsp. light mayo
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    2 tsp. fresh dill, chopped or 2/3 tsp. dried
    freshly ground black pepper to taste
    2 whole wheat pita pockets or 4 slices whole wheat bread
    paprika to taste
    onion powder or garlic powder
Preparation
    Boil the eggs.
    Run them under cold water and peel.
    Separate the whites from the yolks.
    Discard all but one yolk.
    Chop the eggs and combine them with ingredients.
    Serves 2 people.
