Orange Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. orange juice
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Cook over hot water, stirring constantly until well thickened, about 10 minutes.
Chill well before spreading on cake.
