Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. all-purpose four
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. chilled butter
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, baking soda and salt in medium size bowl.
    Cut in chilled butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
    Stir in buttermilk.
    Turn dough onto floured board and knead lightly, about 10 strokes.
    Roll dough 1 1/2-inches thick.
    Cut into 3-inch circles.
