Elegant Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large round steak
mushrooms
1 to 1 1/2 c. water
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1/2 c. wine

Preparation

Wash meat, tenderize and poke with a fork.
Turn and repeat. Put in a pan lined with heavy foil.
Sprinkle tomato sauce, 1 package dried onion soup mix, garlic, 1/2 to 1 teaspoon oregano and 2 teaspoons dried parsley.
Seal foil and bake 2 1/2 to 3 hours at 300\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
Slice at diagonal, thinly.
