Banana Sour Cream Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. mashed bananas
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Mix the first 3 ingredients together and set aside.
Cream the butter and sugar. Add eggs, bananas, vanilla and sour cream. Stir in flour, baking powder and baking soda.
Sprinkle 1/3 of the cinnamon mixture in greased and floured Bundt pan. Spoon in half of the batter.
Repeat layers, ending with cinnamon mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
May use small loaf pans; bake 30 minutes.
