Green Chile Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs, beaten by hand
    8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    1 (4 oz.) can mild green chilies, chopped
    1 c. small curd cottage cheese
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 stick butter or margarine, melted
    1 pie shell
    paprika
Preparation
    Mix ingredients well.
    Pour into Pet-Ritz deep dish pie shell. Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
