Fettuccine With Fresh Tomatoes And Basil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. fettuccine
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    4 tomatoes, sliced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tsp. fresh basil, chopped or 1/2 tsp. dried basil
    1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped
    pinch of sugar
    freshly ground pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cook fettuccine.
    In heavy skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add tomatoes, garlic, basil and sugar.
    Cook for 5 minutes; stir occasionally.
    Add parsley and pepper.
    Add to tomato mixture with cheese; toss to mix.
    Makes 2 main courses or 4 appetizers.
