Pinto Bean Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked pinto beans
    1 small can Angel Flake coconut
    1 c. chopped pecans
    4 eggs
    3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 sticks melted butter
    3 pie shells
Preparation
    Mash beans well. Beat eggs and add all together. Put in pie shells and bake 45 to 50 minutes at 300\u00b0. Makes 3 pies.
