Ham And Fruit Sandwiches(Appetizers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. diced fully cooked ham
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. sandwich spread
    4 slices Muenster cheese
    apple slices, halved diagonally
    1 medium apple, cored and chopped (1 c.)
    1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
    8 slices raisin bread, toasted and buttered
Preparation
    In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the ham, apple, pineapple, celery and sandwich spread.
    Spread each toast slice with about 1/3 cup of the ham mixture.
    Top each with cheese and apple slices.
    Makes 4 servings.
