Creamy Garlic Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pt. sour cream
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. vinegar
pinch of dry herbs
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise

Preparation

Put minced garlic, 1/3 of the sour cream, vegetable oil, vinegar, herbs and mayonnaise in blender and mix at high speed. (Use electric mixer if you have no blender.)
Empty blender contents into bowl and add remaining sour cream.
Blend with wooden spoon until just mixed.
Chill if desired.
