Shrimp In Sour Cream - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter or margarine
4 cloves garlic, crushed
4 to 6 green onions, chopped
1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 can mushrooms, sliced
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
juice from 1 lemon
3/4 pt. sour cream
3 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
Preparation

Saute shrimp and garlic in melted butter.
Add drained mushrooms, green onions and parsley.
Stir in flour to thicken. Add Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice.
Add sour cream.
Serve over hot rice.
