Homemade Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 3 1/2 c. Robin Hood flour (approximately)
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. dry yeast or 2 pkg.
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
Preparation
    Sift flour into a large bowl.
    Make a hole in the middle of the flour.
    Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.
    Scald the milk and add 2 1/2 cups water to cool milk to lukewarm.
    Put all into the flour and beat with mixer until stiff.
    Finish mixing by hand and add more flour and knead.
    Add more flour until your hands don't stick and work or knead for at least 5 minutes.
    Cover with oil and wax paper.
    Let rise in a warm place until double in size.
    Let rise again, then work out rolls.
    This can also be made into about 4 loaves.
    Let rise and bake at 400\u00b0 for about 20 or 25 minutes. Happy baking!
