Mushroom Pilaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. raw rice
1/4 lb. butter
1 can beef broth
1 can onion soup
1/4 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
Preparation

Melt butter in 2-quart casserole dish and add rice, broth and soup.
Top mixture with mushrooms.
Cover and bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 55 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender. Uncover and top with cheese.
Bake for 5 minutes more.
