Avocado Salad Or Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large or 6 small avocados
1 clove garlic
1 Tbsp. salt
1 lime
2 tomatoes, chopped
4 small green onions, chopped
Preparation

Mash garlic with salt in bottom of bowl.
Peel ripe avocados and chop into same bowl.
Squeeze lime over avocados and mash with fork.
Add chopped tomatoes and chopped onions and mix thoroughly. Put 1 avocado seed into mixture until ready to serve.
Serve with chips as dip or use as salad served on lettuce leaf.
