Baked Filet Of Sole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/4 tsp. dried thyme
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    paprika
    1 lb. fillet of sole
Preparation
    Lay fillets in baking pan and sprinkle with paprika.
    Melt butter and combine with rest of ingredients.
    Pour over fish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes, or until flakes easily.
