Shelby'S Gingersnaps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/4 c. dark molasses
    1 egg
    2 1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
Preparation
    Cream\tfirst\tfour
    ingredients.
    Combine
    remaining ingredients and add to cream mixture.
    Roll in a ball and roll in granulated\tsugar.\tPlace on greased cookie sheet and bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
