Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium size baked sweet potatoes, mashed
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    3 Tbsp. butter (measure first and then melt)
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. cubed pineapple (can use crushed, can use the juice if it doesn't seem too thin)
    6 orange shells, halved (if the oranges are large enough; if the oranges are small, just cut off the top and use the whole ones)
Preparation
    Put mixture in the orange shells; place a marshmallow on the top and place on a cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until marshmallow browns.
