Navajo Sandwich - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 round Navajo fry bread
meats of choice (thinly sliced roast beef, turkey, ham or hamburger patty)
lettuce
tomatoes, sliced
cheese of choice
green chili strips
onions, sliced
green pepper
ripe olives
Preparation
-
Place meat slices on 1/2 of the fry bread. Add cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and green chili. Fold over other 1/2 of fry bread and secure with toothpicks. Serve with garnishments and chips.
