Beef Goulash(Yields 50 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. bacon, diced
    3/4 lb. onions, chopped
    7 lb. ground beef
    2 1/2 lb. macaroni
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 qt. canned tomatoes
    4 lb. (No. 10 can) peas (canned or frozen)
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 tsp. parsley
Preparation
    Saute bacon and onions.
    Add ground meat and brown.
    Cook macaroni; drain and rinse.
    Add meat mixture, salt, pepper, tomatoes, tomato paste and peas to macaroni.
    Place in baking pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
