Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices each: rye and white bread
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    4 sprigs parsley
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. Parkay
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Soak bread in 1 cup water in large bowl for several minutes. Mash with fork.
    Add ground beef, onion, parsley, cheese, egg, salt and pepper; mix well.
    Place in baking dish.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
    Pour tomato sauce over meat loaf.
    Sprinkle with oregano.
    Bake 20 minutes longer.
