Kentucky Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. oil
    4 eggs
    1 can drained pineapple
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 Tbsp. hot water
Preparation
    Prepare tube pan.
    Mix all ingredients, except pineapple and pecans; add these last.
    Bake in cold oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    Time may vary with ovens.
