Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. zucchini, shredded
    8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. nuts chopped
Preparation
    Combine flour, soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and nuts. Beat eggs lightly in large bowl until creamy.
    Stir in zucchini and pineapple; add dry ingredients.
    Stir just until damp.
    Pour into 2 well-greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
