Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. boiling water
2 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine sugar and cornstarch.
Add water slowly, stirring sauce constantly.
Boil over low flame until thickened (5 minutes). Remove from fire and add remaining ingredients.
Beat in 1 egg.
