Skillet Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. margarine
2 c. sugar
3 large eggs
2 c. flour
pinch of salt
cinnamon
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
sugar

Preparation

Melt butter; blend with sugar.
Add eggs one at a time; beat. Add vanilla.
Blend in flour and salt.
Line 12-inch iron skillet with aluminum foil; grease lightly.
Pour 1/2 batter in foil lined skillet; sprinkle with cinnamon, sugar and chopped nuts.
Add remaining batter, then sprinkle with cinnamon, sugar and nuts. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
