Cream Caramels - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. butter
2 c. cream
Preparation

Combine ingredients and slowly bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until mixture begins to thicken.
Cook to 254\u00b0 and pour into 7-inch square pan with 1/2 cup broken nuts scattered over the bottom.
Chill and cut into squares.
