Southern Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cornmeal
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1/3 c. oil
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Add buttermilk, eggs and oil.
Mix well. Pour into a greased muffin pan. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Yields 12 cornbread muffins.
