Artichoke Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chicken Rice-A-Roni, cook as directed
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    2 jars marinated artichokes, drain, chop and reserve liquid
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 green onions, chopped
    8 to 10 pimento green olives, chopped
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    oil from 1 jar artichokes
Preparation
    Mix onions, pepper, olives and artichoke hearts with cooked Rice-A-Roni.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Mix mayonnaise, oil from artichokes and curry.
    Pour into rice mixture.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Add 1 cup crab meat, 1 cup shrimp or 1 cup cooked chicken.
    Makes 10 to 12 servings.
