Garden Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1 Tbsp. finely grated green onion
    1 Tbsp. finely grated carrots
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of garlic salt
    1 c. plain yogurt
Preparation
    In small bowl mash cottage cheese with fork.
    Add onion, carrots, green pepper, salt and garlic; beat until fairly smooth. Stir in yogurt.
    Cover; chill several hours.
    Serve as dip with raw vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, etc.
    Makes 1 3/4 cups.
