Turkey Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. thin bias cut celery slices
    1 medium diced onion
    2 cans mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 cans chicken broth
    1 soup can water
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    meat (leftover turkey or whatever)
    1 can drained bean sprouts
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. cold water
Preparation
    Cook celery, onion and mushrooms in oil until crisp and tender, stirring often. Add 2 cans of chicken broth, can of water, soy sauce, meat and bean sprouts. Simmer about 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
