No-Peak Stew(For A Crock-Pot) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cubed raw meat
    celery chunks
    chunked raw potatoes
    raw onion cubes
    any leftover veggies (in refrigerator)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    The quantities you use will depend upon your family.
    Mix 1 cup water with 3 tablespoons beef soup base starter and 3 tablespoons flour.
    Mix and pour over the meat and veggies in the crock-pot.
    Stir together and cover with lid.
    Cook all day on low.
    When you come from work, your dinner is ready.
    Add a salad and bread and you're all set.
