Kelly'S Texas Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Owens sausage
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chilies, drained
    1 small can jalapenos, chopped
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 large bag corn chips
Preparation
    Brown sausage and beef; drain.
    Add onion and pepper and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add cheese, Ro-Tel, jalapenos, soup; heat and blend.
    Serve hot with chips on side.
