Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. apples, raw (peeled and sliced)
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Cream oil, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla.
Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture.
Stir together and add apples and nuts last.
Mix well.
Put cake in 9 inch tube pan in cold oven.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
