Broccoli Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 flour tortillas
    2 (1 lb.) bunches fresh broccoli, coarsely chopped
    1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1 large tomato, finely chopped
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Preparation
    Wrap
    tortillas
    tightly in aluminum foil; bake at 350\u00b0 for 15\tminutes.
    Combine broccoli, cheese, tomato and onion; spoon mixture evenly in center of each tortilla.\tRoll up each tortilla; place
    seam
    side down in a lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking
    dish.
    Top\twith tomato sauce.
    Cover dish and bake at 350\u00b0

    minutes.
    Spread
    sour cream over top; garnish with parsley, if desired.
