Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chuck roast or stew meat
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sherry wine
Preparation
    Cut meat in bite size pieces.
    Mix all ingredients together. Put in casserole and bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 3 1/2 hours. Serve over noodles, rice or potatoes.
    (Freeze several meals.)
