Cheese Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 lb. Old English cheese
1/2 lb. Longhorn cheese
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 lb. Velveeta
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack (hot)
2 crushed garlic cloves
Preparation

Have cheese at room temperature.
Mix all together.
Roll into one large or two smaller balls.
Roll in finely chopped pecans.
