Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. choice chuck ground beef
    2 eggs, beaten alternately
    1 small can tomatoes (reserve liquid)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 medium size onion (white)
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1/3 c. catsup
Preparation
    Mince onion very fine by slicing down and crossways.
    Mix meat, eggs, tomatoes (cut up), onions, salt and pepper all together. Last, add cracker crumbs.
    Place meat loaf in Pyrex loaf dish.
    Add catsup on top of meat loaf.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
