Dot'S Homemade Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 3/4 c. warm water (not hot)
    3 pkg. dry yeast
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. or less salt
    about 9 c. flour
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add salt, sugar and shortening. Beat eggs and add.
    Add 2 cups of flour with a mixer, then stir in enough flour to form a soft dough.
    Knead on a floured surface until smooth and elastic.
