Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 green pepper
    1 small cauliflower
    1 bunch broccoli
    10 large mushrooms
    3 stalks celery
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 small onion, grated
    1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
Preparation
    Cut vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
    Mix all ingredients together and stir until vegetables are well coated.
    Marinate overnight.
    This can be served as a side dish or with toothpicks as an appetizer.
