Sandies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup (2 sticks) margarine, softened
    1/3 cup sugar
    2 tsp vanilla
    2 tsp water
    2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 cup chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream together margarine and sugar; add vanilla and water. Stir in flour and pecans.
    Chill dough for 4 hours.
    Shape into small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until light gold, about 20 minutes.
    Cool slightly and roll in confectioner's sugar.
