Deviled Beets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. cloves
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. Worcestershire
3 c. dried, cooked beets or small whole beets, drained
Preparation

In a saucepan, melt margarine.
Add 1 cup of beet juice and mix well with all ingredients except beets.
Bring to a boil and pour over beets.
Let stand a couple of hours before serving.
