Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. yellow corn meal
1 c. unbleached flour
1/4 c. sugar or honey
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. oil
1 egg
1 c. water or milk
Preparation

Combine all dry ingredients, then add egg, oil and milk (or water).
Pour into small greased casserole dish or 8-inch square pan.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Corn bread is done when toothpick comes out clean.
Serve with crock-pot chili.
