Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. vinegar
    2 oz. red food coloring
    1 tsp. soda
    2 c. plain flour
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oil together.
    Add eggs; beat well.
    Add vinegar and coloring; beat again.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Add buttermilk and vanilla.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
