Chicken-N-Crunchies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 green onions, chopped
    3 oz. black olives, sliced
    3 oz. green olives, sliced
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 can artichoke hearts, chopped
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    2 cans water chestnuts, sliced
    1 small can bamboo shoots
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 bottle Italian dressing
    2 pkg. chicken Rice-A-Roni
    6 large chicken breast halves
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Cook chicken, cool, debone and chop into bite-size pieces. Toss with butter, salt and pepper.
    Prepare Rice-A-Roni according to package directions.
    Mix all ingredients together in casserole and serve hot, warm or cold.
    Serves lots.
